Handasankri (first post dedicated to my village)

A Golden Village

My village named Handasankri is meant that it had gold on its roofs,so i called it a golden village.

The village is in India's cultural state Odisha and its a developed district Bargarh in the region Bhatli and with Keshaipali panchayat.My village starts with the blessings of TRINATH mandir which is worshipped for God Shiva.The village starts with also a small riverpool and after walking 100meter you can look at a very old temple of Maa Samleswari."This temple is worshipped for Maa Samleswari and the goddess Maa Samleawari blesses us everytime and everywhere" the words very much spoken by the villagers of village.

My village is not a big populated one, but all my villages have their respects and unity.We all are bounded in some relations and thats why we observe our all festivals with unity.

There is a village pond and a U.P. school within it.The village have two clubs for meetings and other activities. I often goes to the Jwala Club for enjoyment of cricket matches.

In free time the villagers talks about the development of village and also they plays card game which makes them happy for leisure time.

The village boys have a cricket team and also they organise cricket tournaments.

A place in our village named as Kanta which is a big pond where you can enjoy the nature very much. The place gives peace to every heart present there at evening time.
